Ingredients
- 1/2 monsodium glutamte
- 525 gr chicken breasts
- 240 ml sour cream
- 120 ml sherry
- 110 gr butter
- 60 gr slivered almonds
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr parsley
- 1 gr rosemary
- 1 gr thyme
Sliced fresh mushrooms Brown chicken in butter in skillet. Place in casserole. Add sour cream & sherry (wine) to chicken drippings. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 mins. Pour mixture over chicken pieces. Bake 180ºC or 1 hour. Serve with white/wild rice. (I made this ahead of time, refrigerated it, & then baked ~ delish!)
