- 6 chicken breast (halves)
- 5 tbls soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 180 ml water
- 120 ml vinegar
- 85 gr brown sugar
- 75 ml soy sauce
- 65 gr flour
- 32 gr cornstarch
- 28 gr brandy
- 30 ml peanut oil
- 16 gr ginger
- 12 gr cornstarch
- 1 gr pepper
chicken over rice. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and rice. Top with chopped macadamia nuts.
