Place chicken, broccoli, carrot and garlic in 1 litre microwaveable casse role. Cover tightly and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes, stirring afte r 3 minutes, until vegetables are tender and chicken is no longer pink in center.

Add remaining ingredients; toss. Microwave on high 1- half minutes or unti l hot.
