- 12 black greek olives
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 3 green onions
- 3 chicken breast (cooked)
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 zucchinis
- 300 ml olive oil
- 220 gr steam zucchini
- 60 gr parm cheese (grated fresh)
- 40 gr fusilli (dried)
- 36 gr dressing
- 36 gr pine nuts (toasted)
- 30 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 16 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 7 gr basil (dried)
- 6 gr kosher salt
- 6 gr salt
- 6 gr sugar
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 3 gr black pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 gr pepper
green onions. Adjust seasonings and dressings to taste. Spoon salad onto a platter. Sprinkle tomatoes, olives and pine nuts on top. Pass cheese separately.
