- 120 gr dry vermouth
- 7 gr salt
- 5 gr tarragon
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 4 slices celery ribs
of French bread or pumpernickel, spread with the softened buttery garlic cloves.
