Ingredients
- 2 instant espresso
- 1 egg
- 200 gr sugar
- 180 ml milk
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 55 gr butter
- 22 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 gr baking powder
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and quarter teaspoon salt. Add espresso, milk, butter and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on low-speed until combined. Add egg and beat 2 minutes more. In a greased 2 litre ring mold lined with waxed paper, pour mixture. Microwave on medium high for a few minutes, then on high until done. Check doneness with toothpick. To serve, invert onto a plate. Remove the waxed paper. Approximately 16 minutes. FOOD IN A FLASH SHOW#FF2088 ----
