- 2 eggs
- 250 gr flour
- 240 gr semi-sweet chocolate (pieces)
- 150 gr sugar
- 120 gr walnuts
- 120 ml oil
- 9 gr vanilla extract
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
Powdered sugar In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, combine eggs, oil and vanilla; add to flour mixture, and mix well. Stir in cherry pie filling, chocolate chips and nuts. Turn mixture into a greased and floured 25 cm fluted tube pan. Bake at 350` for 1 hour. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Remove from pan, and sift powdered sugar on top. (12-14 servings) Wis/Gramma ----
