Ingredients
- 9 diamter cake pans lined with wax paper
- 9 baking (pan)
- 4 b pour two (into)
- 4 pour a greased (into)
- 3 eggs
- 3 beat egg whites
- 2 alternately
- 2 stir in chocolate chips
- 1 blend sugar
- 1 pckg
- 1 egg
- 1 blend cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine see ps at
- 500 gr sugar
- 325 gr flour
- 240 ml milk
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 120 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 120 ml water (hot)
- 32 gr cocoa
- 7 gr baking soda
- 7 gr vanilla
- 5 ml vinegar mixed may be substituted here (together)
- 1 gr salt
Drop by teaspoonfuls over cake batter in pan. 4Bake at 180ºC for 30-40 minutes. Cake is done when it leaves side of the pan. To make cupcakes, fill paper baking cups two third full with batter, then drop 1 teaspoon Surprise Filling on top of each. Bake at 180ºC for 25-30 minutes. Makes 30-32 cupcakes.
