Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 350 gr semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 325 gr flour
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 190 gr shortening
- 140 gr pecans (chopped)
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 9 gr vanilla
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
Preheat oven to 375. In small bowl, combine flour, unsifted, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a second bowl, combine shortening, white and brown sugar, vanilla and eggs. Mix until creamy. Add flour mixture and blend. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. ----
