Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 350 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 325 gr all purpose flour
- 220 gr brown sugar (light)
- 150 gr sugar
- 120 ml canola oil
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray or wipe two baking sheets with vegetable oil. In a large mixing bowl, cream the oil, sugar,egg and egg whites until smooth. Add flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Add the chocolate chips and mix gently. Place dough in half teaspoon mounds on sheet. Bake for 7 minutes or until brown.
