Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 350 gr sugar
- 325 gr carrots (shredded)
- 325 gr flour
- 230 gr butter
- 120 gr chocolate chips
- 120 ml water
- 100 gr nuts (chopped)
- 14 gr vanilla
- 12 gr baking cocoa
- 5 gr baking soda
- 2 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr allspice
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture alternately with water and vanilla. Fold in carrots, nuts and chips. Turn into prepared 9 x 33 cm pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
