Ingredients
- 24 ozs chocolate chips
- 5 oatmeal
- 4 eggs
- 1 hershey bar (grated)
- 500 gr flour
- 450 gr butter
- 450 gr brown sugar
- 400 gr nuts (chopped)
- 400 gr sugar
- 9 gr baking soda
- 9 gr baking powder
- 9 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Preheat oven to 375. Measure the oatmeal and blend in a blender to a fine powder. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey Bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.
