Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cookie
- 1 filling
- 1 marshmallow cream
- 400 gr powdered sugar
- 375 gr flour
- 350 ml milk
- 300 gr sugar
- 170 gr butter softened
- 140 gr shortening
- 65 gr cocoa powder
- 16 ml milk
- 14 gr baking powder
- 14 gr vanilla
- 2 gr salt
For Cookie: Blend together dry ingredients and then add all wet ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Leave space and only use a teaspoon,they spread. Bake at 200ÂșC or 7-8 minutes. Remove immediately and cool. For Filling:Blend all and beat with mixer till fluffy. Spread filling on one cookie and top with another, sandwich style.
