Ingredients
- 9 baking (square pan)
- 1 egg
- 270 gr sugar
- 240 ml water
- 190 gr flour
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 120 gr chocolate chips
- 100 gr walnuts
- 80 ml oil
- 22 gr cocoa
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
spoonfuls over batter. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces and walnuts. Bake at 180ºC for 30-50 minutes until cake tester comes out clean and top springs back when touched. Cool on wire rack. To serve, cut into squares from pan.
