- 65 gr chocolate syrup
- 60 gr fat-free egg substitute (plus)
- 40 gr almonds (chopped)
- 30 gr fat-free egg substitute
- 22 gr cocoa powder
- 9 gr baking powder
- 5 gr almond extract
immediately or store in an airtight container. NOTE: These are very easy to make and taste great. I made them without the almonds, so there were even less fat and calories.
