Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 450 gr recip-ease baking mix
- 160 ml milk
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 50 gr sugar
- 28 gr melted butter
- 28 gr butter (chilled)
- 1 gr cinnamon
COFFEE CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 deg f. Grease 23 cm pan. Combine all ingredients except for streusel topping in a mixing bowl. Blend well. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. STREUSEL TOPPING: Mix ingredients until crumbly.
