- 1 combine the bell pepper
- 1/4 batter onto the griddle
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 230 gr black pepper (freshly ground)
- 180 gr pa corn kernels (frozen thawed)
- 65 gr all purpose flour
- 60 gr cornmeal (yellow)
- 34 gr bell pepper (minced red)
- 30 ml corn oil
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr baking soda
- 1 gr sal
- 1 slice scallion (finely sliced)
- some black pepper
