Country Oat Cake

Whipped cream (optional) Heat oven to 180ºC . Grease and flour 13 x 23 cm baking pan. For cake, combine first six ingredients. Blend on low speed of electric mixer until moistened; mix at medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in apple. Pour into prepared pan. For topping, combine oats, brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon; mix well. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
