Ingredients
- 8 sole fillets
- 5 chives (minced)
- 1 parsley (minced)
- 700 ml dry wine topping (white)
- 350 ml milk
- 260 gr crab meat
- 120 gr swiss cheese (grated)
- 110 gr butter
- 26 gr celery (chopped)
- 24 gr flour
- 8 gr parsley (minced)
- 7 gr two (plus heavy)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr paprika
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine filling ingredients and spread over fillets. Roll each fillet into a tube shape and place seam-side down baking dish To make sauce, melt butter saucepan, then blend in flour and salt. Simmer for two minutes. Stir in milk and wine, and simmer until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over fillets and bake at 200ÂșC or 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
