Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks (beaten)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- 260 gr crab meat
- 160 gr soft bread crumbs (white)
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 28 gr margarine
- 18 gr tomato paste
- 16 ml olive oil
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 2 gr dill weed (fresh)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Mix all ingredients except Tomato Dill Sauce and oil. Shape mixture into 8 patties, each about 6 cm in diameter. Cover and refrigerate about 1.5 hours or until firm. Prepare Tomato Dill Sauce; cover and refrigerate until serving. Heat oil in 25 cm skillet over medium high heat. Cook patties in oil about 5 minutes, turning once, until light brown on both sides. Serve with sauce.
