Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 250 gr flour
- 180 ml milk
- 150 gr sugar
- 150 gr sugar in mixing bowl
- 140 gr cranberries (fresh)
- 65 gr pecans
- 55 gr butter
- 26 gr sugar
- 12 gr baking powder
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 4 gr lemon rind
- 3 gr salt
and sugar. Spoon over top. Wrap well. Note: Best when served the day after baking, so flavors have a chance to mingle.
