Ingredients
- 4 fettucine
- 1 1/2 creole seasoning
- 1 clove garlic
- 280 gr turkey
- 270 gr tomatoes
- 80 gr mushrooms
- 65 gr bell peppers
- 60 gr onions
- 110 ml cream cheese
- 20 gr parmesan cheese
- 2 ml olive oil
- 2 slices stalks celery
Preheat oven to 325. Prepare an 20 cm square baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a skillet, over medium heat, cook mushrooms, onions, celery, bell peppers, and garlic in oil until all is tender.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crushed tomatoes, and creole seasoning. Fold in vegetable mixture, cooked fettucine, and turkey.
Pour mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or untilbubbly.
