Ingredients
- 475 ml milk divided
- 230 gr onions (yellow)
- 40 gr all purpose flour
- 28 gr butter
- 2 ml chicken broth
- 1 gr salt (optional)
In a 3 litre saucepan over medium heat, saute onions in butter. Add broth, pepper, thyme and salt if desired; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
