Ingredients
- 1 chicken fryer
- 240 ml skim milk
- 150 gr cornflake crumbs
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- some garlic
Preheat Oven To 200ºC . Season Chicken With Salt, Pepper & Garlic. Dip Into Milk & Roll in Cornflake Crumbs. Place in Lightly Pam Sprayed Baking Dish Being Careful That The Pieces Do Not Touch. Bake 45 Min. OR Until Tender. (Fat 5.6. Chol. 79.)
