Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 2 eggs
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 230 ml tomato sauce
- 120 ml ketchup
- 130 gr bulk sausage
- 100 gr saltine crackers
- 75 gr brown sugar
- 10 ml worcestershire sauce
- 7 ml dry mustard
- 6 gr seasoned salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr nutmeg
Combine all loaf ingredients except potatoes and suce ingredients. Mix well and shape into a loaf. Place potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Top potatoes with meatloaf. Pour sauce over all. Cover and cook on low for 8 to dozen hours.
