Ingredients
- 50 gr coriander seeds
- 34 gr turmeric (ground)
- 22 gr fenugreek
- 12 gr cumin seeds
- 9 gr poppy seeds
- 8 gr black peppercorns
- 7 ml mustard seeds
- 5 gr ginger (ground)
- 4 gr chili powder (hot)
Using a blender, process cumin, fenugreek, mustard, peppercorns, coriander and poppy seeds. Add remaining spices; process. Store up to 3 months.
