Ingredients
- 3 gluten
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1/2 oat bran
- 1/4 egg substitute
- 300 gr warm eggnog
- 160 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 160 gr better for bread flour
- 80 gr rolled oats
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 package yeast
Set machine's browning control to light. Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "start."
