Ingredients
- 1 whipped cream
- 350 gr sugar
- 240 gr strong black coffee
- 220 gr flour
- 190 gr chocolate (white)
- 180 ml sour cream
- 160 gr unsweetened chocolate
- 60 ml whipping cream
- 55 gr butter margarine (not)
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 9 gr baking soda
- 5 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Grease and flour (use cocoa) 23 cm springform. Mix all in order.
Bake 180ºC for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Push handle of a wooden spoon into the cake to make holes all over the top.
Melt white chocolate along with butter and whipping cream. Beat smooth and cool slightly. Pour into holes in cake and cool. Cover with whipped cream, drizzle chocolate over top.
