Ingredients
- 375 gr confectioners sugar
- 140 gr pecans
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 110 gr butter
- 80 gr coconut
- 1 package german chocolate cake mix
Heat oven to 180ºC . Grease and flour 33 cm x 23 cm pan. Spread the coconut and pecans over bottom of pan. Mix cake mix according to package directions. Spread over coconut and nuts. Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Drop teaspoons of this mixture over cake, using all. Bake for 45 minutes. Cake will set up when cooled.
