Ingredients
- 9 springform (pan)
- 1 egg
- 400 gr apples (diced peeled)
- 200 gr sugar
- 130 gr sugar
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 110 gr butter
- 32 gr slivered almonds
- 3 gr vanilla
- 3 gr vanilla
- 1 gr cinnamon
until smooth. Spread evenly over pastry lining. Combine one third cup sugar and cinnamon and toss with apples to coat evenly. Arrange apples over cream cheese filling. Sprinkle almonds evenly over the top. Bake 10 minutes then reduce heat to 400. Bake 25 minutes longer. Cool before removing springform pan rim.
