Ingredients
- 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 biscuit mix
- 240 ml milk
- 110 gr sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr basil (crushed)
- 3 slices bacon (diced)
- 1 package well tomatoes up (drained cut)
Saute onion and bacon. Drain. Spread in greased 23 cm pie plate with tomatoes and cheese. In bowl, beat remaining ingredients with beater or whisk until smoo th. Pour into pie plate. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Recipe from "One Million Recip es CD" busted by Judy R.
