Ingredients
- 1/8 thickness on floured pastry cloth (lightly)
- 500 gr sifted flour
- 400 gr sugar
- 240 gr eggnog
- 230 gr butter
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr nutmeg
cookie cutters. Brush with slightly beaten egg white and decorate with candied fruits or colored sugar. Bake at 190ºC or 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Makes 6 dozen ----
