Ingredients
- 240 ml mayonnaise
- 180 ml water (hot)
- 120 gr cottage cheese
- 75 gr cucmber
- 40 gr almonds
- 16 gr onion
- 1 package line-flavored gelatin
Endive or parsley Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Chill until slighlty thick. Combine cucumber and onion; drain well. Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and almonds; fold into gelatin mixture.
