Ingredients
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 water to cover
- 250 gr garbanzo beans (dried)
- 8 gr cilantro (chopped)
- 2 gr parsley (chopped)
- 2 gr cumin
- 1 gr baking soda
- some water
Rinse dried beans under running water; place in the slow cooker and cover with water (at least 5 cm over top of beans) Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Pour off water; rinse under cold water and allow to drain. Place cooked beans in a food processor
