Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 bacon (sliced cut into)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 700 ml milk
- 450 gr fully ham (cooked chopped)
- 350 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 150 gr potatoes-cubed (cooked)
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 1 gr salt and pepper
- 10 slices bread (white)
In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp; add ham and onion. Cook and stir until onion is tender; drain. In a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish, layer half the bread cubes, potatoes and cheese. Top with all of the bacon mixture. Repeat layers of bread, potatoes and cheese. In a bowl, beat the eggs; add milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over all.
