Ingredients
- 10 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 130 gr sugar
- 120 ml cream
- 110 gr butter
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 2 gr cardamom
Flour; to roll Roll and cut. Bake in deep fat. Note: Calls for 1 to 2 t. cardamom and a little crushed citron or orange peel. Fat at 190ºC . ?
