Ingredients
- 350 ml water
- 240 ml orange juice
- 120 gr rice
- 70 gr celery
- 40 gr margarine
- 16 gr onion
- 12 gr orange rind
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr thyme
Saute onion and celery in margarine in saucepan until tender. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Lower heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
