Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 glass grape jelly
- 1 crystallized cherries
- 1 mixed fruits
- 500 gr flour
- 475 gr crystallized pineapple
- 240 ml grape juice
- 200 gr sugar
- 16 gr cinnamon
- 14 gr nutmeg
- 4 gr allspice
Cream sugar and butter well. Add yolks of eggs, one at a time. Add spice, add jelly, and add juice. Add flour plus fruits. Fold in whites of eggs. Will bake in 3 pans 2 hours at 130ºC . Can decorate with nuts and fruits if desired.
