Ingredients
- 1 whipped cream
- 425 ml water (hot)
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 130 gr sifted flour
- 120 ml milk
- 100 gr sugar
- 90 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 32 gr unsweetened chocolate
- 24 gr melted shortening
- 22 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
- 9 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
over batter. Bake at 190ºC 40 minutes. As pudding bakes, cake layer forms on top with rich sauce on bottom. Spoon warm pudding cake into dessert dishes and top with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
