Ingredients
- 8 garlic (cloves)
- 2 onions (sliced)
- 1 water to cover roast
- 1 sour cream
- 1 cayenne
- 1,400 gr beef chuck cross rib roast
- 525 gr tomatoes
- 160 gr tomato paste
- 85 gr mushrooms
- 3 gr peppercorns (whole)
- 3 gr chili powder
- 2 gr oregano
- 1 gr cumin
- 1 package clams (whole)
Cover roast with just enough water in pressure cooker. Cook for 45minutes 'till done. Remove roast from liquor and let cool. Add Can of wholetomatoes, can of clams, Sliced onions, sliced mushrooms, spices andtomato paste. Crush garlics with side of knife and add to stew. Stir andlet simmer. When roast has cooled down shred into peaces and add to thestew to simmer. Either serve plain with sour cream on top or stir in sourcream and serve over rice or noodles. Or eat goulash alone, but withsomeone.
