- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 powder
- 60 ml water
- 45 ml fish sauce nuc-mam vietnamese
- 45 ml fish sauce
- 14 gr sugar
- 4 gr sugar
6. Remove from broiler and serve with rice. Dip mussels into sauce to eat.
