Ingredients
- 8 tomatoes
- 3 peppers (red roasted)
- 2 garlic (cloves chopped)
- 7 gr rosemary (chopped)
- 2 slices onions (red sliced)
- 2 slices zucchini (sliced)
- 2 slices squash (yellow sliced)
Grill all vegetables except garlic. In food processor place all ingredients, except half cup vegetables. Process until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, lemon and rosemary. Dice remaining half cup vegetables . Serve hot or cold with diced vegetables sprinkled on top.
