Ingredients
- 99 egg substitute
- 2 cuos ham
- 350 ml nonfat sour cream
- 190 gr nonfat cottage cheese
- 120 gr egg beaters
- 100 gr pasta (cooked)
- 65 gr green bell pepper (chopped)
- 50 gr celery fine (chopped)
- 30 gr onion fine (chopped)
- 14 gr margarine
- 1 gr salt
Put the cooked pasta into a bowl and toss with the cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped ham, egg substitute, salt, bell pepper, celery and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste and margarine. Spoon into a 3 litre casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
