Ingredients
- 5 green apples
- 4 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 cube bouillon
- 1,700 gr ham
- 240 ml water
- 45 gr melted butter
- 9 gr mixed vegetable seasoning
- 1 gr sage
In deep baking dish, arrange alternate layers of ham and apples. Sprinkle each layer with onion and seasonings. Moisten each layer with bouillon. Over top, cover with layer of thick mashed potatoes. Brush potato peaks with melted butter. Bake at 160ÂșC or 1.5 to 2 hours until ham is thoroughly heated and potato peaks are browned.
