Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 425 gr ham (ground)
- 260 gr pork (ground)
- 240 ml milk
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 120 ml catsup
- 110 gr bread crumbs
- 60 ml vinegar
- 60 ml water
- 5 ml mustard
Combine loaf ingredients together and shape into a loaf. Mix the topping ingredients and pour over meat before baking. Bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour. Randy Rigg
