Ingredients
- 4 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 240 ml milk
- 230 gr ham cubed (cooked)
- 170 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 90 gr broccoli flowerets (frozen thawed)
- 7 gr onion (chopped)
- 1 ml dry mustard
- 1 gr pepper
Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one-crust pie using 23 cm pie pan. Heat oven to 180ÂșC .
In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, dry mustard, and pepper; set aside. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust. Pour egg mixture over ham, cheese and broccoli. Bake for 40 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
