Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 260 gr smoked sausage
- 3 gr parsley
Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Cut sausage into 1 cm slices; place in large saucepan and brown on both sides. Add chopped onion and cook until wilted. Add potatoes, water, salt and pepper.
