Ingredients
- 2 eggs (whole)
- 400 gr sugar
- 400 gr powdered sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 120 gr walnuts
- 110 gr butter
- 80 gr coconut
- 110 ml cream cheese
- 9 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 package pineapple (crushed)
Grease and flour a 9 X 13 cake pan. combine cake ingredients until moist. It will be thick. Pour into pan. Bake at 150ºC or 45-55 mins. Cool.
Combine frosting ingredients. Spread on top of cooled cake.
