Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 caraway seed
- 700 gr beef (lean ground)
- 240 ml beer
- 30 gr onion
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr celery seed
- 1 gr pepper
- 3 slices rye bread
Heat the oven to 180ºC . Mix all of the ingredients together. Spread the mixture into an ungreased loaf pan, 9 X 5 X 8 cm. Bake uncovered for 1 to 1.25 hours. Drain off the excess fat and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Serve on a heated platter.
