- 1 1/2 cauliflower
- 1 poultry seasoning
- 60 gr onions (chopped)
- 55 gr margarine
- 50 gr celery (chopped)
- 10 ml chicken flavored broth mix
- 1 gr sage (ground)
Salt and pepper to taste Contributed to the echo by: Janice Norman Frozen or fresh cauliflower can be used in this recipe. Herbed Cauliflower Bake Cook cauliflower; drain. Melt margarine in a skillet. Add onions and celery, cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in broth mix, poultry seasoning and sage. Preheat oven to 180ÂșC . Dice cauliflower. Add onion mixture, drained mushrooms, salt and pepper and mix well. Place mixture in a baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray. Bake 20 minutes.
